Business Trip

This was a 4 day and 3 nights business trip for a training through work. I found the training very helpful and absolutely loved the hotel we stayed in - it has many nice accommodations however due to the Corona virus craze I decided not to visit the gym although I took my gym clothes with me, So I worked out and did yoga in my room. Even with as much movement and stretches in tried to squeeze in this trip felt so hard on my body having to sit down all day through the conference with very little movements, as well as a 3 hours and half road trip each way and eating out all of my meals which do not typically sit very well with my body so now that I’m back home and settled back into my routine it’s time for cleansing diet !
