Minu and Motty wedding portrait session was actually their 5th year anniversary. They moved to Austin from NYC during the pandemic and they are happy to call Austin their home. Minu mentioned on their wedding day she wore a traditional Indian Saree, so she wanted to try wearing a wedding dress for her anniversary session to document the experience. Their 4 year old Goldendoodle was a high energy love ball and left the session with a belly fully of treats. These are some of my favorite photos from our session.

This was the most emotional portrait session I have ever taken, A week before, the owners of Copper found out he was diagnosed with cancer and they asked to schedule this portrait session before they had to say goodbye to him. They were in the middle of moving and we drove to Georgetown to their family house to take these portrait session. Copper was the kindest sweetest dog, despite he was blind and probably in a lot of pain he cooperated amazingly this shoot and listened to all of my cues. I cannot imagine how much his family is missing him right now, I can only hope these photos can bring some sort of memory of Copper's last days to help heal their hearts.
